Revenue management and branding in the hotel industry
For the second year in a row, we took part in a meeting of hotel makers in Zlatibor . This year we were discussing the topics that we paid attention to at the last conference, which is exactly the creation and sale of content in a way that interests both hotel and guests. Although traditionally recognized as a leader in tourism, Belgrade continues to hide behind some world capitals in terms of content offered or the length of the season. In this regard, this conference was a good signal to all those who are in this type of business to see how and how the conditions can be set in the business, without reducing or damaging the city’s offer as such.
